Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at support@evolv-off.com.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, undamaged, and unused condition. If the item is returned damaged or shows signs of wear, we may refuse the refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
For all other cases, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return.
Once the returned item is received and processed, we will email you a gift certificate.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
